These Terms govern your use of https://yosrkott.com/ and orders placed on the site. Ypix operates as a specialized subsidiary under Ypix and SRK Production, our parent company. By using the site or placing an order you accept these Terms. You must be 18+ and have legal capacity to contract.
Ypix is a distinct business entity operating within the Ypix and SRK Production corporate group. While maintaining operational autonomy in service delivery, Ypix benefits from shared corporate resources and administrative support from Ypix and SRK Production. All contractual obligations are undertaken by Ypix, with Ypix and SRK Production providing corporate oversight and operational support.
Ypix provides custom design services (logos, brand assets), digital products, gift cards, and may offer physical goods. Product pages and order confirmations describe scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, and included revision rounds.
Orders become binding when payment is received and we send an order confirmation. All payments must be cleared before substantive work begins. Prices exclude applicable taxes which will be charged as displayed.
Payment processing may be facilitated through Ypix and SRK Production' payment infrastructure or approved third-party processors. All financial transactions are processed in accordance with applicable financial regulations and industry standards. Ypix maintains responsibility for service delivery, while Ypix and SRK Production provides payment processing support and financial oversight.
As stated in our Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy, all sales are final and Ypix does not provide refunds except as required by applicable law. By placing an order you expressly agree to this no-refund policy.
Delivery estimates begin after receipt of full payment and the client's complete brief/materials. Ypix is not responsible for delays caused by client-side late feedback, third-party providers, or force majeure.
Orders include the specific number of revision rounds on the product page. Additional revisions or scope changes will be billed separately at prevailing rates.
Until payment in full and final acceptance, all work remains the property of Ypix.
On payment and final acceptance, ownership/usage rights described in the order transfer to the client. Ypix reserves the right to retain copies for records and to display work in its portfolio unless a paid portfolio-opt-out or NDA is agreed.
You warrant that any material you provide (images, text, logos) does not infringe third-party rights and that you have necessary rights to provide it. You indemnify Ypix for any claims arising from your materials.
We will treat confidential information as such. If an NDA is required, include it in the order or request it before work begins.
Ypix's aggregate liability for any claim arising from a specific order is limited to the amount paid by you for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Ypix maintains primary responsibility for service delivery and customer obligations. Ypix and SRK Production provides corporate oversight and support but is not directly liable for specific service delivery issues unless explicitly stated in writing.
We may suspend or terminate orders/accounts for breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, or suspected fraud. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your jurisdiction as stated on the checkout or order confirmation. Parties will attempt amicable resolution; unresolved disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Mumbai, India.
We may amend these Terms; the "Last updated" date will show the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
